The following disclaimers apply to the services offered by South Burnett Country Tours. We ask all intending customers to take note of them:

Tour Cancellations
Tours may be cancelled at short notice if one or more of the following occur:
  • Insufficient number of persons to operate a tour
  • Inclement weather
  • Mechanical failure

If a cancellation occurs for any of these reasons all affected guests will be notified at the earliest possible opportunity. Any monies paid will be refunded in full.

Refunds
Refunds and/or credits will not be issued should any guest change their mind within 24 hours of any tour departure.

Deposits
Deposits which may be required in advance must be paid by the due date. If they're not paid the tour may be cancelled without notice.

Personal Effects
Tour guests are responsible for any protective clothing and/or personal items that may be required on any tour. South Burnett Country Tours will not accept responsibility for the loss or damage of any property belonging to a guest, however caused.

Legal
South Burnett Country Tours (SBCT) is a business that operates from the Kingaroy Holiday Park. South Burnett Country Tours is owned by Geoffrey Clayton. Customers of South Burnett Country Tours acknowledge that:
  • Geoffrey Clayton is not the agent of Jemic Australia Pty Ltd ACN 002 537 519 (Jemic) in respect of SBCT and has not been granted any form of express or implied agency in respect of SBCT
  • Geoffrey Clayton is not an employee of Jemic in respect of SBCT; and
  • Jemic has granted to Geoffrey Clayton a mere right of occupation to conduct SBCT from the Kingaroy Holiday Park and has not given Geoffrey Clayton any express or implied authority to do or not do any act or omission in respect of SBCT or otherwise on behalf of Jemic.
  • The customer also acknowledges that is has not been held out to the customer that Geoffrey Clayton is the agent or employee of Jemic
  • The customer acknowledges that Jemic is not responsible for any loss or damage (including, but not limited to, loss or damage caused by negligence on the part of Geoffrey Clayton in the operation of SBCT or Geoffrey Clayton's servants, agents or employees) in respect of the operation of SBCT
  • The customer disclaims Jemic from any liability for any loss or damage (including, but not limited to, loss or damage caused by negligence on the part of Geoffrey Clayton in the operation of SBCT or Geoffrey Clayton's servants, agents or employees) in respect of the operation of SBCT
  • The customer agrees that these terms may be pleaded in any bar of action, suit, claim or demand for loss, damage or injury against Jemic arising out of the operation of SBCT.
